Sound Meditation: Gong and Singing Bowls

Sound meditation, also referred to as a "sound bath", is a unique technique for meditating. It involves the sounds and vibrations of overtone emitting instruments. Meditators are asked to situate themselves in a comfortable position, seated or lying down. The gong is played softly to begin, the volume is gradually increased, singing bowls will follow. This meditation can facilitate a deep state of relaxation and increase clarity of mind. 

We provide blankets to lay on, bring a pillow if you want extra support for your head.
